Camila Titone
GAPS Graduate Concilium Co-Leader
CGP, FNTP

Camila Titone has worked with more than 1,000 families of children and adults on the autism spectrum from every inhabited continent in the world — and she has seen firsthand the profound positive impact that GAPS can have on these families.
Camila is an Autism Educator and Parenting Coach with over twenty years of experience. Since 2004, she has taught parents, caregivers, and professionals in individual and large group settings, both in person and online. For more than two decades, she has been right there alongside families navigating anxiety, hyperactivity, developmental delays, severe nervous system dysregulation, sleep and toilet training troubles, fussy eating, and more.
It was through that hands-on work with these autism families that Camila witnessed the healing aspects of GAPS. The children she worked with who were following the GAPS Nutritional Protocol were the ones who were learning and growing — showing remarkable improvements across all areas of life, including emotional regulation, focus, attention span, social engagement, and overall growth and well-being.
That ignited a passion that only deepened over the years, ultimately leading her to train directly with Dr. Natasha — completing not only the Coaches' training, but the Practitioners' training as well.
Today, Camila runs a private practice that combines nutrition — primarily GAPS — emotional support for parents and caregivers, and key educational strategies that help kids on the autism spectrum transition out of stress mode and into healing and learning mode.
