Julia Dulgerova
Official GAPS Intern
GAPS Youth Movement Outreach Coordinator

Julia Dulgerova is a high school student who is interning for the GAPS Training.com. She has always had a burning desire to know what food really does for the body. Julia lives on a homestead with her family where she experiments with permaculture, raising healthy chickens, and growing as much food as she can. As she plans for her career in nutrition and herbalism, Julia hosts the podcast Wholesome Health for Youth. She is excited to be working with Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride and the GAPS Team to share her passion for learning and teaching the importance of bio-individuality in our diets and lifestyles.
Julia wishes to share the incredible amount of knowledge that has been curated into the GAPS program with a young audience through the GAPS Youth Movement. When she is not in school or recording podcasts, you can find Julia reading, gardening, baking, or painting.
