Graduate Community Leader
GAPS OnCon Team Manager
Dana Nardi –(F)NTP is delighted to be on board at GAPS assisting with community operations and the annual GAPS OnCon. Having grown up in the kitchen and a graduate of the New York Culinary Academy and the Oregon Culinary Institute Dana has always had a passion for food. Believing there could be more to it than just making it taste good she ventured into nutrition at the Nutritional Therapy Association and further fell in love with the wonders and powers of a well-cooked meal. She had a private nutritional cooking practice for a few years, and has worked in and out of the food service industry since she was a kid in her dad's restaurant.
Dana is a builder at heart and loves to work with companies to make magic happen. With over 20 years pursuing her other passion, operations, she is delighted to be combining her organizational brain with the team at GAPS to continue to build a robust community presence and some amazing events. Dana enjoys building teams and events that bring people together. Add to that a group of folks that love food and she is just about in heaven. She looks forward to getting to know the GAPS community, exchanging recipes, and being part of a great team of people.
