The learning platform we used for this CGP Training course was incredible! It took no time at all to learn and was very easy to view the assessments and see what needed to be done. The essay assignments helped to ensure the information was grasped. Jennifer's feedback on assessments was great! She was always positive but gave good insight when information was missed. I also loved the cooking practicals. These made me dive deeper in the material and was a great learning experience. Lastly, I loved going through the Intro diet myself while journaling. It helped me to be accountable to following the diet and really gave me insights into die off/what my body was doing.

I liked all the case studies! The CGP Training course provided many different examples of GAPS conditions for people of all ages. By covering a wide range of conditions in babies and adults, it gave us a broader understanding of how to use GAPS and a general framework of how healing is achieved, depending on age and condition.

All course content was super informative! So much information presented that will take a bit of time to fully process. The cooking videos were really helpful! The practical assignments were very useful and gave me more confidence in the kitchen. I really honestly absolutely loved every module of the Coach Traininig course! The modules that stood out for me were: 1) The Fussy Eating Mealtime Management module. I was blown away by the MTM program and that there is actually something out there that people can use to get their children to eat these delicious and nutritious foods. I really believe that starting kids from a young age on the right foods is so important. Many people are not aware of that and so it's wonderful to have this knowledge to help people whether their kids are sick or even if they just want some guidance on how to get their children to eat better. This is the reason I started my baby food business 19 years ago. 2) The other modules I would have to put under one banner and that would be all the food and healing sections in the intro diet. Incredible to have a healing protocol to be able to help people. 3) I also loved the Heart Health module. I was a Banting Coach for 8 years and so cholesterol (and fats) and everything to do with it is a huge passion of mine.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the entire course. The webinars were amazing and so helpful. Every speaker had so much wonderful knowledge to impart! I enjoyed the practical assignments the most, even when they were out of my comfort zone. I feel as though they stretched me in ways I would not have done myself and caused me to use my imagination as well (vegetarian meal).

I felt so blessed for the opportunity to attend Australia’s first official GAPS training programing back in 2012. And then to return to assist Linda run GAPS training programs since then, both the in-person format and the progression to the later ‘skype’ type format for question time with Dr Natasha. They’ve each been brilliant in their own unique way and each course has deepened my understanding of GAPS. Dr. Natasha is brilliant in the way she presents the information. I absolutely love studying food as medicine, resulting in the last 30+ years being a constant stream of nutrition courses, locally, interstate and overseas, seeking out the best in the field to learn the myriad of ways nutritional healing can be approached. This course is in the short list of the best of the best. I’ve found GAPS to be a highly effective approach and even though there is an endless depth of knowledge to learn, Dr Natasha explains the essence and essential components in a logical, easy to follow format. I am looking forward to continuing the learning journey with the new online website and practitioners portal.

This course was incredible and everything I needed. Thanks to the gaps training at 21 I am a certified GAPS practioner and have all the tools I need to be succesful doing EXACTLY what I love. How amazing is that?! My passion for wholesome healing started at 17 when my family first did the GAPS diet. The progress our family of 11 experienced was undeniable. Right off of high school I knew I wanted to pursue nutrition. The only route I knew of at the time was college. Even though I knew that the career of a dietician was not right for me it was the closest thing I could find to what I really wanted. I had no idea I could be a GAPS practitioner. I felt like I was 'settling'. Thankfully before my first semester was over a fellow GAPS Practitioner told us about NTA. Becoming an NTP enabled me to become a GAPS Practitioner in no time. Interestingly enough, I didn't know if I wanted to be a GAPS Practitioner after becoming an NTP, until my mom had become certified and the first few sentences of what it did for her had me hooked and I thought why stop here? After completing the course I have no doubt this is where I need to be. And there is so much room to grow, but also an amazing GAPS community, and more importantly the opportunity and knowledge to change people's lives. I dream of the day I start my own family and apply all that I've learned with the GAPS training. I'm forever grateful, and so excited!

I have always had a passion for nutrition, but it wasn’t until I was 20 when my mom applied the GAPS Diet into our family that I had decided that I wanted to study nutrition. And it wasn’t until I started my own family that I realized I needed to become a GAPS Practitioner. I was very hesitant at first, but now I can say with full confidence that I had made one of the best decisions of my life! I took the GAPS Training in 2018 while being pregnant with my second baby and each week I was excited to learn more from each class. The GAPS Training expanded my knowledge of food and nutrition even further, gave me tools and the assurance that I need to raise a healthy family of my own and help those that are in need. It gave me the possibility of doing two things I love the most- working at home as a GAPS Practitioner while fulfilling my responsibilities as a mother and wife. It also gave me the keys to pursue my dreams for the future. I can’t express enough gratitude towards the GAPS Leaders into making the training easy and accessible to us all, despite our backgrounds and circumstances. Now I am raising my family with a surety that they will always be healthy and happy. I couldn’t ask for a greater blessing.

When I took the training in October 2015, I was already doing GAPS with my family for 4 years, I have read and studied the gaps book and I was familiar with the gaps diet protocol, but still I learned so much in that training, it was amazing! I felt like I was trying to put together a puzzle for more than 4 years and in the GAPS training I found all the pieces I need to finally accomplish what I want . I LOVED every minute. It was fun, dynamic and easy to understand. All the information presented to to me on the gaps training makes so much sense that I don't need it to memorize I just naturally remember it. I was really impressed with it.

As a GAPS Training team member I have had the honor and pleasure of going through the Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP) Training more than TWENTY times during the past fourteen years. I just wanted to say thank you to Marcie, Caroline, Chef Monica, and Dr. Natasha. As a returning CGP, I found what I was looking for in the program - CONFIDENCE! Hearing Dr. Natasha's lectures again answered all of my questions.
